First time making Bibimguksu (Korean spicy mixed wheat noodles)! Got the recipe from my uncle awhile back & finally got to try it. I need a lot of practice with Korean food... This was surprisingly good - finished off even the spicy chunks that collected on the bottom of the bowl :p

Mixing the kimchi, korean red pepper paste, korean red pepper flakes, minced garlic, black pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, agave nectar (instead of sugar) |

Cooked up the wheat noodles - only took 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water & gently squeeze out excess water. |

Mix noodles with mixture, top with hard boiled egg, ground beef (seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper), julienned cucumbers, sesame seeds. |
